ABIR ANNUAL GROUP SHOW, 2021
Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry Terms:
Each entry must be new, latest, & original painting/sculpture work(s) completed by the Artist. Original work(s) excludes reproduction of any work. The work(s) should be created since 1 st Jan, 2020.
There is No Entry Fee for participating in this exhibition/competition.
The Artist need to share the sale price in the entry form of his/her work(s) submitted.
2. Criteria/Conditions on Work(s) Submission/Entry
2.1. Submission of the work:
The Artist needs to submit two different artworks of his/her.
The artist needs to notify us, if the work(s) has already been or is going to be a part of any other exhibition or competition.
Size of painting/sculpture submitted work for the entry into the exhibition/competition must not exceed the size 24*24 inches.
Multi panel pieces are accepted as one work. The overall cumulative size should not exceed 24*24 inches.

Submission accepted only through online entry form available only on www.abirindia.org
Applicants must furnish their name, age & their regularly accessed email address as all the correspondence will be done on the given email address.
The online registration closes on 25 th July, 2021.
The submission of the complete artwork images must be minimum 300 DPI .jpg file.
Incomplete applications in any form shall not be accepted.
Artists will be notified if their entries have been shortlisted to be exhibited, by email at least 3 weeks prior to the opening of the show. Only after that the artist need to send us the original paintings/sculptures not exceeding the size: 24*24 inches.
If the Artists do not respond in 3 working days, we will not accept the entry.
All decisions on acceptance/rejection by the organizers will be final and no correspondence or communication shall be entertained in this subject.

Participants need to be 23 years & above.

3. Awards:
There will be ten awards in total. Each artists will be awarded with INR 50,000.
All accepted artworks under all the criteria will only be considered for judging for prizes and awards. Each artwork is eligible to win only one award in this competition.

4. Delivery and Receipt:
The selected physical Artwork(s) will not be accepted or considered if received (due to any reasons) after October 5 th , 2021.

5. Insurance:
The Trust will exercise all reasonable care in handling the work(s) submitted, but will not be responsible for the loss of or any damage to any work(s) while in the custody of the Trust or the Trust’s representative.
Artists are responsible for the insurance of their work(s) against any loss or damage whether in custody of the Trust or in transit.

6. General:
The participants accept that, by signing the registration form, tick marking or submitting the form online, they are agreeing to all the terms and conditions.
Rights to exhibit the art work(s) shall remain with the organizing / working committee of ABIR.
By entering into this exhibition/competition you allow the organizers to publicize / speak about your work(s) in media.
All rights of cancellation/modifications lies with the organizers. No Term(s) or condition(s) be varied unless agreed in writing by the Trust.
Disputes / Discrepancy if any, is subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
Participants of ABIR INDIA would be given priority in ABIR SPACE. They will receive contract with ABIR SPACE without any additional jury process.
